Key Features
The ION-605-C ORP controller combines measurement accuracy with intelligent control functionality. It features a wide measurement range of –2000 to +2000 mV with 1 mV resolution and ±1 digit accuracy. The unit’s dual red LED display clearly presents the measured ORP value and control setpoint simultaneously. A single-point manual calibration system with adjustable slope correction ensures quick field calibration. The controller includes both analog and relay outputs — a fully isolated 4–20 mA DC signal and a 5 Amp changeover relay — enabling integration with chemical dosing systems, pumps, or PLC-based automation. Compact and rugged, the instrument is housed in a grey ABS cabinet designed for reliable performance in demanding plant environments.
