Murugappa membranes combine high salt rejection with low energy consumption, ensuring cost-effective operation. Their fouling- and chemical-resistant polyamide TFC construction provides durability in challenging conditions. Available in multiple models for brackish water, seawater, and wastewater reuse, these membranes are backed by stringent quality testing and consistent performance standards.


Applications


Widely used in industrial RO plants, municipal drinking water systems, wastewater recycling and ZLD units, and desalination plants.


Specifications


Available in 4040 and 8040 configurations, suitable for standard pressure tubes.
The 4040 series delivers flow rates between 2,400 and 2,800 GPD with salt rejection up to 99.5%, making them ideal for commercial and light industrial use.
The 8040 series offers flow rates between 10,500 and 12,000 GPD with salt rejection up to 99.7%, supporting large-scale industrial and municipal installations.
Both series are spiral wound TFC membranes with a maximum operating pressure of 600 PSI, ensuring robust operation across feed water types.
