Key Features

Each level sensor is constructed with a high-strength polypropylene or PVC body, ensuring resistance to chemicals and waterborne impurities. The internal microswitch mechanism offers reliable switching performance with excellent electrical insulation. The sensors operate through a simple buoyancy-based mechanism — as the liquid level changes, the float tilts to trigger pump start or stop commands. Duvera sensors are compatible with most control panels and can be directly integrated with dosing or transfer pumps. Their long electrical cable allows flexible mounting in overhead tanks, sumps, or process tanks. Designed for both open and confined installations, they provide consistent performance even under fluctuating flow or turbulence.

Applications

Level and float sensors are used for automatic pump on/off control in raw water tanks, treated water storage, sumps, and ETP/STP equalization tanks. Duvera float sensors are available in cable lengths ranging from 3 to 10 meters, with rated voltage up to 250 V AC and current handling capacity of 10 A. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 60°C, with ingress protection up to IP68, allowing full submersion in water. The outer body is molded from non-toxic polypropylene or PVC for chemical resistance. The sensors operate with a simple two- or three-wire configuration and are compatible with all standard control panels. Designed for long-term reliability, they offer more than 50,000 mechanical operations and require no maintenance under normal conditions.
