Flow Meters

Overview

We offer a comprehensive range of flow meters designed for accurate and dependable measurement of water and process fluid flow. From analog rotameters that provide direct visual indication to advanced electromagnetic flow meters that deliver precise digital readings, every model is engineered for reliability, chemical compatibility, and long service life. These instruments help operators monitor and control process performance with consistency and confidence across all stages of treatment.

Rotameters (Analog Visual Type)

Description

Our rotameters are precision-engineered instruments for real-time visual monitoring of flow in RO, UF, and industrial water treatment systems. They are constructed from Poly Sulfone (PSU) or Polycarbonate (PC), materials known for exceptional clarity, impact resistance, and chemical stability. The internal floats are made from PVDF, enabling safe and stable operation even under extreme pH conditions. The clear conical body with printed graduations ensures quick, accurate readings, while the lightweight construction makes these meters easy to install in both panel and inline configurations.

Key Features

Each rotameter combines high transparency with robust mechanical strength, ensuring durability under demanding plant conditions. The PVDF float provides excellent chemical resistance, allowing operation across a broad pH range without corrosion or distortion. The design maintains a linear flow scale for steady indication and minimal pressure loss. With their compact form and minimal maintenance needs, Duvera rotameters provide long-term reliability in continuous service environments.

Specifications

Our rotameters are available in flow ranges of 250, 500, 1200, 1600, 2500, 4000, 6000, 10,000, 16,000, 25,000, 40,000, 60,000, 125,000, and 150,000 LPH, covering laboratory to heavy-duty industrial applications. Standard materials include PSU or PC for the body, PVDF for the float, and PVC or stainless-steel end connections. They are calibrated for vertical installation with upward flow, offering a reading accuracy of ±2 % of full scale. Flow units are available in LPH, LPM, or m³/hr depending on system requirements.

Electromagnetic Flow Meters (Digital Type)

Description

For applications demanding digital precision, we provide electromagnetic flow meters that combine advanced measurement accuracy with simple installation and reliable performance. With no moving parts and negligible pressure drop, these meters operate on the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the velocity of conductive liquids. The result is stable, maintenance-free performance even in fluids containing solids, chemicals, or biological content.

Key Features

The electromagnetic flow meters are designed to deliver an accuracy of ±0.5 % of reading across a wide flow range. They feature corrosion-resistant bodies in MS, SS304, or SS316 with PTFE, PP, or hard-rubber linings, ensuring long-term durability. Each unit is equipped with a digital indicator showing instantaneous and totalized flow values, and provides both pulse and 4–20 mA outputs for integration with PLC or SCADA systems. Available in flanged or insertion types, these meters suit a variety of line sizes and installation layouts.

Specifications

Electromagnetic flow meters cover line sizes from 15 mm to 600 mm and flow rates from 0.5 m³/hr to 1000 m³/hr. They operate on either 230 VAC or 24 VDC power and are protected to IP65 or IP68 standards depending on configuration. Their robust electronics, coupled with stable signal processing, ensure reliable operation even under fluctuating conductivity or temperature conditions.

Applications

Flow meters are used throughout RO, UF, and ETP systems to monitor feed, permeate, and reject flows, maintaining system balance and optimizing recovery. Rotameters provide a simple visual check for daily operation, while electromagnetic flow meters offer digital accuracy and data connectivity for advanced process automation. Together, they ensure total visibility and control of plant hydraulics and performance efficiency.
