Overview
Duvera, in collaboration with Digital Instruments Corporation, offers a complete range of conductivity and TDS meters designed for precise monitoring of ionic concentration and total dissolved solids in water. These instruments are essential for evaluating the purity of permeate, mixed-bed output, and treated water across RO, DM, and industrial water systems. Built with robust circuitry and intelligent signal processing, Duvera conductivity and TDS meters deliver stable, accurate, and repeatable measurements across a wide range of operating conditions.
Key Features
Each meter is microprocessor-based, ensuring high measurement stability with an accuracy of ±1% of full scale. Models are available with both single and dual displays — showing conductivity and TDS simultaneously — on bright red LED indicators for clear visibility. Auto-ranging functionality allows seamless switching between conductivity and TDS scales without manual intervention. The instruments support single-point manual calibration with user-adjustable slope correction to ensure field accuracy. Supplied with precision 1.0 cell-constant sensors (½″ BSP thread) and four-meter cables, these meters are designed for easy installation and reliable performance. Relay and analog 4–20 mA outputs are available for process automation, making them compatible with PLCs and SCADA systems.
Applications
Conductivity and TDS meters are used extensively in RO plants for monitoring feed, permeate, and reject quality. They are vital in DM and mixed-bed systems for conductivity break monitoring, in cooling towers for blowdown control, and in industrial utilities where ionic concentration must be tightly managed. Their ability to provide instant digital readings ensures operators can maintain consistent water quality while preventing membrane scaling or resin exhaustion.
Specifications
Duvera conductivity and TDS meters are available in multiple models to cover both panel and wall mounting requirements. Measurement ranges include conductivity from 0–20.00 µS/cm to 2000.0 µS/cm and TDS from 0–10.00 ppm to 2000 ppm, with auto-ranging capability. Resolution is selectable between 0.01, 0.1, or 1 digit, and accuracy is maintained within ±1% of full scale. Each unit features a 4-digit LED display with optional dual-display configurations for conductivity and TDS. The default TDS factor is 0.49–0.50, adjustable as per application. Standard temperature compensation operates from 5°C to 50°C, with optional PT-100 input for auto compensation. Power requirement is 230 V AC ±10%, 50 Hz single phase, and the instruments are built in 96×96×65 mm grey ABS housings weighing approximately 400 grams. Relay outputs (2 Amp) and 4–20 mA DC isolated outputs are available as optional control interfaces.
