Applications

Bag filters are used extensively in RO and UF pre-filtration, industrial process water treatment, cooling water filtration, metal finishing, chemical processing, and food & beverage operations. They are ideal for high-flow and high-turbidity systems where traditional cartridges would require frequent replacement.

DropX filter bags are available in standard sizes of 4"×10", 4"×20", 7"×16", and 7"×32", suitable for all common bag filter housings. They are offered in micron ratings from 1 µm to 200 µm and in materials such as polypropylene, polyester, and nylon monofilament mesh, with optional felt or multi-layer configurations for extended service life. Operating temperature tolerance ranges up to 80°C for polypropylene and 120°C for polyester variants. Each bag includes a molded PP or stainless steel ring collar for secure, leak-free seating. Designed for high flow, low pressure drop, and easy changeout, DropX bag filters deliver dependable performance and durability across industrial water and process applications.
