DropX Bacteria Culture is a scientifically developed blend of naturally occurring, non-pathogenic microorganisms designed to accelerate biological treatment in wastewater systems. These microbial cultures enhance the breakdown of organic matter, reduce sludge volume, eliminate odor, and improve overall plant stability. Formulated specifically for use in STP, ETP, and aerobic or anaerobic biological systems, DropX bacteria culture ensures faster start-up, stronger process resilience, and sustained performance even under fluctuating loading conditions.

DropX Bacteria Culture contains a balanced consortium of aerobic, facultative, and anaerobic microorganisms selected for high enzymatic activity. These strains target a wide range of organic pollutants including fats, oils, greases, proteins, and carbohydrates, ensuring complete biodegradation. The culture adapts quickly to different effluent types and maintains high efficiency even at varying pH and temperature levels. Regular dosing improves oxygen utilization and sludge settleability while reducing chemical consumption and foul odor formation. The formulation is shelf-stable, easy to handle, and safe for operators and the environment.

DropX Bacteria Culture is used in sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, septic tanks, and composting systems. It accelerates BOD and COD reduction, improves MLSS and SVI stability, and minimizes excess sludge production. It is widely applied in industries such as food processing, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and dairies, as well as in municipal and residential treatment systems for consistent and odor-free operation.

Specifications

DropX Bacteria Culture is available as a concentrated dry powder or liquid formulation. The powder has a light brown color with a pleasant earthy odor, while the liquid is amber and ready to dose. The active bacterial count typically exceeds 10⁸ CFU/g, ensuring rapid colonization and activity. The culture is effective across a pH range of 5.5 to 9.0 and temperatures between 15°C and 45°C. Standard dosage varies from 0.5 to 1.0 ppm for maintenance and up to 2.0 ppm for system start-up or shock loading. 

The product is supplied in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 25 kg packaging for powder variants and in 5 L, 25 L, and 50 L containers for liquid formulations. All DropX cultures are non-toxic, non-pathogenic, and completely biodegradable.
